Substance Use Disorder Treatment

Altium Health provides individualized care to comprehensively address the needs of our patients. Each patient receives individualized care and treatment coordination from our medical and clinical teams. Our providers collaborate to customize and aid in treatment navigation for our patients who are struggling with addiction. Our clinicians provide support via therapy, case management, and group therapy and have extensive experience with working with patients who have co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Our Clinical Team are all Master’s Level Mental Health Clinicians, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Substance Use Disorder Counselors (SUDC). Altium also provides the opportunity for internships and students to begin their careers in behavioral health. Our clients are also provided with case management regarding resources, community support, and life skills.
