CARE DESIGNED AROUND YOU
The right level of care—
all in one place.
From therapy and medication management to intensive outpatient programs, advanced treatments, and detox—our integrated medical and behavioral health services are designed to meet you where you are and grow with you.
-
One-on-one therapy provides a private, supportive space to work through emotional challenges, relationship concerns, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. Your therapist will help you develop practical tools and a personalized plan based on your goals.
-
Our Intensive Outpatient Program provides structured mental health or substance use treatment while allowing you to continue living at home and managing your everyday responsibilities. IOP combines group therapy, individual support, skill development, and coordinated care.
-
PHP offers a higher level of outpatient support for individuals who need more structure than traditional therapy or IOP but do not require inpatient hospitalization. The program provides comprehensive treatment, frequent clinical support, and coordinated medical and behavioral healthcare while allowing you to return home each day.
-
Our psychiatric providers work with you to determine whether medication may be a helpful part of your treatment plan. Appointments include a careful evaluation, ongoing monitoring, medication adjustments when needed, and coordination with your therapist and other members of your care team.
-
TMS is a noninvasive treatment that uses targeted magnetic stimulation to activate areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. It may be an option for individuals experiencing depression who have not found sufficient relief through medication or therapy alone, and it requires no anesthesia or recovery time.
-
Ketamine therapy may provide another treatment option for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, or other conditions that have not responded adequately to traditional approaches. Treatment is provided in a safe, supportive medical setting with careful screening, monitoring, and an individualized care plan.
-
Ambulatory detox provides medically supervised withdrawal support without requiring an overnight stay. Our medical team monitors your safety, manages withdrawal symptoms, and helps you transition into the next appropriate stage of treatment and continued recovery support.
You deserve care that sees the whole picture. Integrated psychiatric care and therapy—working together so you don't have to navigate either alone.

SUPPORT FOR WHAT YOU’RE EXPERIENCING
Care for the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
Mental health and substance use concerns can affect every part of your life. We take the time to understand the full picture and create care that reflects your experiences, needs, and goals.
-
Depression can affect your mood, energy, relationships, motivation, and ability to enjoy everyday life. We offer personalized support that may include therapy, psychiatric care, medication management, TMS, ketamine therapy, or a combination of services based on your needs.
-
Anxiety can make it difficult to feel present, rested, or in control. Whether you are experiencing persistent worry, panic attacks, social anxiety, or overwhelming stress, our team can help you understand what is happening and develop practical tools for moving forward.
-
Trauma can continue to shape how you feel, think, connect with others, and respond to the world around you. Our providers offer compassionate, trauma-informed care designed to help you feel safer, process difficult experiences, and build lasting stability.
-
Changing your relationship with drugs or alcohol can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to do it alone. We provide coordinated treatment that may include therapy, structured outpatient programming, medication-assisted treatment, ambulatory detox, and ongoing recovery support.
-
Mood disorders can cause significant shifts in energy, sleep, motivation, judgment, and emotional well-being. Our medical and behavioral health providers work together to clarify your symptoms and develop a coordinated plan that supports greater stability.
-
Obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors can interfere with daily life, relationships, and your sense of control. We provide evidence-based care to help you better understand these patterns, reduce their impact, and build healthier ways of responding.
-
ADHD can affect focus, organization, emotional regulation, motivation, and follow-through at any age. Our team can help evaluate your symptoms and create a plan that may include therapy, practical strategies, medication management, or coordinated support.
-
If depression has not improved with previous treatment, there may still be meaningful options to explore. Altium Health offers advanced treatments, including TMS and ketamine therapy, alongside psychiatric care and therapy to help identify a more effective path forward.
-
Personality disorders can affect emotional regulation, relationships, self-image, and the way you respond to stressful situations. Our clinicians provide respectful, individualized care focused on strengthening insight, coping skills, stability, and healthier connections.
-
Major changes, loss, relationship challenges, work pressures, and prolonged stress can become difficult to manage alone. Therapy provides a supportive place to process what you are experiencing, regain perspective, and move forward with greater confidence.
