What to Expect Psychiatry appointments:

• At Initial Assessment- Medical Providers will complete a History & Physical
• Medical Providers & Patients will create an individualized Treatment Plan to address concerns and symptoms
• Frequency of office visits may vary and will be dependent on recommendations from the patient's treatment plan (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or longer).

Altium Health provides Psychiatry services to patients who are not being treated for Substance Use Disorder. Our Medical Providers have extensive experience treating mental health disorders both with and without co-occurring with Substance Use Disorder.
