The Altium Health Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a highly structured outpatient treatment program. The program runs five days a week, lasting 5 hours a day. It is designed to help with acute stabilization following detoxification, an inpatient hospital stay or residential treatment.
Days: Monday through Thursday
Time: 3pm-8pm
This level of care (LOC) may also be made to address a need for increased monitoring, management (behavioral or medicinal), or for increased support due to complex risks and needs. Typically lasting 1-4 weeks, this level of care is offered by Master's level Therapists and/or Substance Use Disorder Counselors (SUDC) in collaboration with Altium Health's Medical Team.
Each patient will also have a comprehensive and individualized recovery treatment plan to encourage integrated wellness.
Intensive Outpatient Programming is a less intensive level of care that we offer either in the morning or in the evening. IOP consists of 4 days a week for 2.5 hours a day (Monday- Thursday).
IOP clinicians use evidence-based treatment models to address patient-centered recovery issues. Master's Level therapists and SUD-C's lead a combination of Emotional Processing Groups and Psychoeducational classes to provide recovery skill building and recovery maintenance. Program participation lasts up to 10 weeks, allowing participants to use all of the evidence-based tools to sustain successful recovery. Our IOP also includes multi-family therapy and expressive therapies to reach our patients through multiple modalities.
Altium Health uses this level of care to continue to strengthen and sustain recovery, following the completion of PHP/ IOP programs. Treatment and participation at this level is tailored to the individual treatment plan and individual’s need. GOP typically consists of monthly 1:1 individual therapy sessions and the average length of this program is 3 to 9 months. The goal of this level of care is stability and to establish a routine that can be maintained.
Altium Health is committed to providing comprehensive programming to address issues associated with recovery. Patients are encouraged to engage in ongoing care and to develop connection within the community to sustain recovery.
